Insurance rates are regulated by the state, not determined by individual agents. When a policy cancels the refund is prorated based on the cancellation dates. While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot condone disrespectful behavior. When a customer uses inappropriate language, curses at one of our employees, or yells at them until they are in tears, we do allow them to professionally end the call.
